1. LATE PENALTY: Late charge equal to daily rental amount.
2. DAMAGED OR LOST: If a dvd is irreparably damaged when you return it, you agree to pay the full retail value of the dvd.
For lost DVD's, your credit or debit card will automatically be charged $25.00 + tax after 25 days.
You assume full responsibility for all rented dvd's and you agree to pay for all damages that may be caused by theft, flood, accident, explosion, Act of God, or any other cause.
However, if you find a dvd is defective when you get home, you must notify us immediately (see the "contact us" tab) and bring it back to the stores customer service desk for an exchange, at no charge to you.
3. NO CASH REFUND: A FREE RENTAL CODE will be given for dvd's returned for technical problems.
4. COLLECTION: In the event collection proceedings are necessary to enforce the provisions of this contract, you agree to pay all collections costs and attorney's fees.
